Ensemble Audition
will be
Saturday, June 4th
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
at
the
great gig DANCE co. studios
The
audition is open to all dancers who will be at least 6 years old by
September 1, 2011. Dancers who audition will learn and perform combinations
in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Hip-Hop dance styles. Dancers should wear all-black
to the audition—female dancers should wear black leotards and black tights
and male dancers should wear a black tank or t-shirt with black shorts.
Great Gig Dance Ensemble is a group of young dancers between the ages of 6
and 18. Based out of Great Gig Dance Co. in Kennesaw, the group performs
throughout the local community of Acworth-Kennesaw-Woodstock-Marietta, as
well as throughout the Southeast and beyond. The Ensemble has represented
Kennesaw by performing in the Piccolo Spoleto Dance Festival and Dance at
Noon Series in Charleston, SC for the past 8 years, and has been featured in
performances aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Ships.
