Great Gig DANCE Co. is more than a dance studio. It's a community where dancers of all ages are inspired to learn, grow, and thrive. We offer classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, and more, with opportunities for all dancers. Through exceptional instruction and a positive, encouraging environment, we celebrate every dancer's unique journey and help them build confidence both on and off the dance floor.
NEW program this season — Rising Stars!
We are so excited to introduce a NEW program this season — Rising Stars!
The Rising Stars Program is designed for dancers who love to perform and are looking for more opportunities to be on stage, but may not be ready for the full commitment of the Great Gig Dance Ensemble. It is the perfect bridge between recreational dance and Ensemble training, with a focus on building confidence, performance quality, and stage presence.
Who can participate?
Rising Stars is open to recreational dancers ages 6+ who demonstrate a positive attitude and good participation in their regular classes.
Dancers who join Rising Stars will continue attending their regular weekly recreational class and will also attend one Saturday rehearsal/class each month. They will learn two additional dances and have opportunities to perform at studio and community events, including Sights and Sounds, Big Shanty Festival, and our annual Showcase!
